As an educator, advocate for positive sex education, and a mum to both a tween and a teen herself. Natalie is committed to changing the landscape of sex education for young people.

In 2021, Natalie had an unsettling realisation about the inadequacies of her children’s school-based sex education. Determined to fill this gap and provide a comprehensive, empowering alternative, she founded Tell Your Daughters.

Through engaging workshops tailored specifically for tweens and teens, Natalie delivers age-appropriate and body-positive sex education. These workshops aim to equip young people with the confidence and resilience they need to tackle the wild ride of adolescence head-on. Teens are given the tools to navigate the nuances of consent, to help them understand the differences in healthy and unhealthy relating, and to be mindful and discerning with their online interactions.

Recognising the crucial role that parents and carers play in the lives of adolescents, she also hosts insightful parent education talks. These talks provide adults with the tips and knowledge they need to support and empower their children through the ups and downs of growing up.

Natalie’s background in psychology adds depth and expertise to her work, allowing her to approach adolescent development with empathy and understanding. Through Tell Your Daughters, she seeks to break down barriers, foster open communication, and empower young people to make informed choices about their bodies and relationships.
